User Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between the User and Vul.AI (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Vul.AI"), the owner of the online security management platform named "Ai.Radar" (hereinafter referred to as "The Product"), regarding the User's registration and use of The Product. Before registering and using The Product, please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the contents of the terms of this Agreement. If the User has any questions regarding this Agreement, they may consult Vul.AI's customer service (Customer Service Email: radar@huaun.com). By completing the registration process and logging into or using The Product for the first time, the User is deemed to have agreed to and signed this Agreement, and this Agreement shall constitute a binding legal document for both parties.

Article 1: Confirmation and Acceptance of Service Terms

1.1 The ownership and operation rights of The Product belong to Vul.AI. The User must agree to all terms of this Agreement, complete the registration process, and pay fees (if any) to become a formal User of The Product. The User confirms: The terms of this Agreement are the contract governing the rights and obligations of both parties and shall remain valid unless otherwise mandated by law or specifically agreed upon by both parties.

1.2 By agreeing to this Agreement, completing the registration process, and using the services provided by The Product, the User is deemed to confirm that they possess the corresponding capacity for civil rights and civil conduct to enjoy the services of The Product and can independently bear legal liabilities.

1.3 When completing the registration process or using the services of The Product, the User shall self-verify whether they are a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct. If the User is under the age of 18, they may only use The Product with the participation and supervision of a parent or guardian. The User and their guardian shall bear all consequences resulting thereof.

1.4 Vul.AI reserves the right to decide independently to refuse service, close user accounts, or clear or edit content to the extent permitted by the laws enforced in Mainland China and the Hong Kong region of the People's Republic of China.

Article 2: Services of The Product

2.1 Vul.AI provides relevant services of The Product to the User legally via the Internet. The User has the right to use the relevant services of The Product only upon full agreement with this Agreement and the regulations of The Product.

2.2 The User must prepare the following equipment and bear the following expenses independently:

(1) Internet access equipment, including but not limited to mobile phones, computers, other internet terminals, modems, and other essential internet devices;

(2)Internet access expenses, including but not limited to network access fees, equipment rental fees, call charges, mobile data fees, etc.

2.3 If the services of The Product are obtained through unauthorized channels, The Product cannot guarantee the complete provision of various services. If invalid product services are obtained through other channels, The Product has the right to refuse to provide services and shall not bear any liability.

2.4 Except for partners or promotional activities officially authorized by The Product or Vul.AI, the User shall not resell The Product or other products, services, or any related content of Vul.AI in any form.

Article 3: User Information

3.1 The User shall provide registration data to The Product in good faith. The User agrees that the provided registration data is true, accurate, complete, legal, and valid. If there are any changes to the User's registration data, the User shall update it in a timely manner. If the registration data provided by the User is illegal, untrue, inaccurate, or not detailed, the User shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom, and Vul.AI reserves the right to terminate the User's use of various services of The Product. The User's registered account name shall not contain offensive text or inappropriate names; otherwise, The Product reserves the right to refuse registration or cancel the User's qualification.

3.2 When the User uses the services provided by The Product, if privacy information such as the real name/title, correspondence address, contact phone number, email address, etc., of the User or their end-users is involved, The Product will keep it strictly confidential. Unless necessary for providing the relevant services of The Product, or unless authorized by the User or otherwise stipulated by law or this Agreement, Vul.AI will not disclose the privacy information of the User and their end-users to third parties.

3.3 Upon successful registration, account information such as a username and initial password will be generated. The User may change the initial password according to the regulations of The Product. The ownership of the registered account belongs to Vul.AI; the User obtains the right to use the registered account after completing the registration application procedures. The User shall preserve and use their username and password cautiously and reasonably. If the User discovers any illegal use of the User account or the existence of security vulnerabilities, including but not limited to any loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure of login information, or unauthorized access to the account, please notify Vul.AI immediately and authorize Vul.AI to change the password or take other countermeasures after necessary identity verification measures. However, Vul.AI will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to the User's failure to comply with this provision. Unless prescribed by law or judicial ruling, the User's login name and password may not be transferred, gifted, or inherited in any manner.

3.4 The User agrees that Vul.AI has the right to send notification information such as product-related information and promotional activities to the User via email, SMS, WeChat, telephone, etc. The User agrees that during the use of relevant services of The Product, they may receive advertisement publications or brand promotion information (including commercial or non-commercial information) pushed by The Product. The User should carefully read the relevant pushed information and carefully distinguish between information related to The Product and third-party promotional information. The User shall be solely responsible for any purchases, transactions, or damages or losses suffered from the aforementioned content due to such functions or pushed information.

3.5 The User is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login information and shall be responsible for all uses of their login information and any events occurring through their account. The User shall not lend the account registered on The Product to others for use; otherwise, the User shall bear all liabilities arising therefrom and bear joint and several liability with the actual user. The User bears full responsibility for the authenticity, validity, and legality of all instructions issued and all activities occurring under the User's registered account (including but not limited to publishing information, clicking to agree online, submitting purchases, accepting various products or services, etc.). The User shall solely bear all liabilities for operations performed by Vul.AI in accordance with the instructions issued by the User's registered account.

3.6 The User agrees that Vul.AI has the right to use the User's registration information, username, password, etc., to log into the User's registered account for evidence preservation, including but not limited to notarization, witnessing, etc.

3.7 The contact information provided by the User to The Product should be true, valid, and frequently used. The Product may deliver various notices to the User through the contact information provided by the User from time to time, and the content of such notices may have a significant favorable or adverse impact on the User's rights and obligations; the User must pay timely attention. If relevant important information or notices cannot be delivered or are not delivered in time due to inaccurate, incomplete contact information provided by the User or failure to inform of changed contact information in time, the User shall solely bear the legal consequences that may arise therefrom.

3.8 During the User's use of the platform, Vul.AI may collect information regarding the User's use of the platform, such as information on which functional modules, tools, and services are used in the platform and how they are used, connection times to Vul.AI servers, etc. Any such information collected by Vul.AI will be used in a general, aggregated, non-personally identifiable form to evaluate and improve Vul.AI's products and technologies and for statistical purposes. Nevertheless, the use of any of our services shall be subject to Vul.AI's Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time.

Article 4: User's Legal Conduct and Speech Obligations

4.1 This Agreement is formulated based on the relevant laws, regulations, and rules of Mainland China and the Hong Kong region. The User agrees to strictly abide by the following obligations:

(1)Shall not transmit or publish: speech that incites resistance to or undermines the implementation of the Constitution, laws, and administrative regulations; speech that incites subversion of state power; speech that incites secession or undermines national unity; speech that incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;

(2)Must comply with relevant regulations when transmitting data and information from Mainland China and the Hong Kong region to overseas;

(3)Shall not use The Product to engage in illegal and criminal activities such as money laundering, theft of trade secrets, theft of personal information, etc.;

(4)Shall not interfere with the normal operation of The Product and shall not intrude into The Product or national computer information systems;

(5)Shall not transmit or publish any information or materials that are illegal, criminal, harassing, slanderous, abusive, intimidating, harmful, vulgar, obscene, uncivilized, etc.;

(6)Shall not transmit or publish information, materials, or speech that harms national social public interests or involves national security;

(7)Shall not instigate others to engage in acts prohibited by this Article;

(8)Shall not use the account registered on The Product for profit-making business activities;

(9)Shall not publish any content that infringes upon the copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights or legal rights of others;

(10)Shall not use The Product to engage in illegal and criminal activities such as cyber-attacks, information theft, privacy theft, stalking/harassment, extortion, etc.

4.2 The User should pay attention to and abide by various legal rules and regulations published or modified by The Product from time to time. The Product reserves the right to delete various information content within the site that does not comply with legal policies or is untrue without notifying the User.

4.3 If the User fails to comply with the above regulations, The Product has the right to make an independent judgment and take measures such as restricting usage functions, suspending, or closing the User account.

4.4 The User must bear legal liability for the speech and actions published using The Product. Any content transmitted by the User in The Product service or through The Product service does not represent and should not be regarded as the viewpoint or policy of The Product or Vul.AI, and Vul.AI does not bear any responsibility for this.

4.5 Without authorization from Vul.AI, the User shall not provide, sell, rent, sublicense, disclose, publish, transfer, market, display, transmit, broadcast, assign, or distribute any part of the products and services to any third party, including but not limited to the User's affiliates.

Article 5: Technical Limitations and Risks of The Product

5.1 The User should carefully assess all potential inapplicability, technical limitations, and potential risks of registering and using The Product. This Agreement cannot exhaustively list such inapplicability, technical limitations, and potential risks. By signing this Agreement and using the services provided by The Product, the User is deemed to fully understand the nature, expected purpose, necessity, applicable scope, inapplicable scope, technical limitations, and potential risks of The Product, and voluntarily bears the relevant risks inherent in enjoying the services of The Product.

5.2 Vul.AI cannot and does not guarantee that the product service results will identify all of the User's security issues and vulnerabilities, nor does it guarantee a comprehensive and objective assessment of the User's overall security posture.

Article 6: User Authorization Declaration

By signing this Agreement, the User is deemed to irrevocably authorize and confirm the following matters:

6.1 The User agrees that Vul.AI may obtain, save, process, and analyze personal information provided by the User as well as relevant information processed, edited, and published using The Product.

6.2 The User agrees that Vul.AI may use the User's personal data for relevant data mining research to improve and enhance the service quality of The Product.

6.3 The User agrees that The Product or Vul.AI may collect User information in the following ways: during User registration; filled-in self-report information; filled-in system forms; use of system functions and other applications; uploading User's own content to The Product during the use of The Product service; use of social tools and related functions; and through cookies and related tracking technologies.

6.4 The User agrees that during the period the User uses the account, for the purpose of security defense, Vul.AI may use security assessment tools or related technical means from the perspective of an attacker to collect, scan, and perform security assessments ("Assessment Services") on the User's network systems, information systems, and other related IT assets ("Relevant IT Assets") as well as relevant information such as enterprise information of the User and their affiliates, personal information of staff, credential information, etc. ("Relevant Enterprise and Personal Information"), thereby providing risk warnings to the User regarding network security, information system security, etc.

6.5 The User declares that the User owns the ownership of any domain names provided to Vul.AI. Under no circumstances shall the User use Vul.AI products to assess third parties. If the User chooses to use Vul.AI's products, they shall bear full responsibility for the use of the product and its results.

6.6 The User understands and authorizes that Vul.AI obtains full access rights to external data and may need to access, upload, and/or copy external data into the system to perform data display cleaning, analysis, backup storage, etc., and perform any other technical operations required for services deemed appropriate by Vul.AI. The platform may use various methods and software tools to aggregate data from multiple third-party systems and products owned by the User and analyze such data for risk calculation, correlation, and analysis.

6.7 The User is fully aware of the impact that Vul.AI may cause to the User's business and the operation of Relevant IT Assets and has made adequate preparations for response (especially ensuring a comprehensive system backup is made before being served by Vul.AI). The User will not file any claims against Vul.AI for loss of profits caused by data loss, system crashes, service delays, etc. The Assessment Service does not constitute an intrusion into the User's Relevant IT Assets or infringement of any rights. If Vul.AI carries out Assessment Services normally within the authorized scope and in accordance with market practices, Vul.AI shall not bear any liability for any adverse consequences arising therefrom, and the User agrees to bear the relevant risks. The aforementioned impacts include but are not limited to:

(1)Possibility of causing abnormal operation or downtime of User network equipment or hosts.

(2)Possibility of causing abnormal operation or termination of various services and applications on User hosts.

(3)The running speed of various services on User hosts may slow down.

(4)The processing capacity and transmission speed of the User network may slow down.

6.8 The Product and Vul.AI promise not to transfer information directly associated with the User's identity information to any person or organization unless authorized by the User or required by the laws of Mainland China and the Hong Kong region.

Article 7: Privacy Policy

7.1 The Product and Vul.AI will take all necessary measures to fully and effectively protect the User's personal confidential information. The following information does not belong to confidential information:

(1)Information that is already known to third parties or the public through no fault of The Product or Vul.AI.

(2)Information already known from legal channels before the User provided it to The Product or Vul.AI.

(3)Information that the User has no restrictions on and may make public.

(4)Information inferred from legally obtained information based on scientific correlation.

7.2 Under the following circumstances, The Product and Vul.AI will disclose the User's personal information in whole or in part based on the User's personal will or legal regulations:

(1)Disclosure to third parties with the User's prior consent.

(2)Disclosure to third parties or administrative/judicial institutions in accordance with relevant legal provisions or requirements of administrative or judicial institutions.

(3)Necessity to share the User's personal information with third parties to provide the products and services requested by the User.

(4)Other disclosures deemed appropriate according to laws, regulations, or website policies.

7.3 The Product will formulate a dedicated privacy protection policy; for details, please refer to the relevant documents publicized by The Product.

Article 8: Ownership and Intellectual Property Clauses

8.1 Once the User accepts this Agreement, it indicates that the User voluntarily transfers all transferable rights, such as property rights involving copyright (including but not limited to: reproduction rights, distribution rights, rental rights, exhibition rights, performance rights, projection rights, broadcasting rights, information network dissemination rights, cinematography rights, adaptation rights, translation rights, compilation rights, and other transferable rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner), of any form of information content uploaded, created, derived, or published by the User using The Product at any time period, exclusively, freely, and irrevocably to Vul.AI.

8.2 This Agreement constitutes a written agreement on the transfer of rights such as copyright property rights stipulated by relevant laws of Mainland China and the Hong Kong region, and its validity extends to any work content protected by copyright law published by the User on The Product, whether such content was formed before or after the conclusion of this Agreement.

8.3 The User agrees and fully understands the terms of this Agreement and promises not to publish the information already published on The Product in any form or authorize other subjects to use it in any way (including but not limited to use on various websites and media).

8.4 The User acknowledges and agrees that the platform was developed by Vul.AI with significant time and cost and contains Vul.AI's valuable trade secrets and confidential information. Vul.AI is the creator of The Product and possesses legitimate rights such as copyright to The Product's content and resources (including but not limited to User's gene data interpretation reports), which are protected by national laws. Vul.AI has the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Agreement and the content of The Product from time to time and post them on The Product without further notifying the User. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vul.AI possesses the right of interpretation regarding this Agreement and the content of The Product.

8.5 Unless there are mandatory provisions in the law, without Vul.AI's explicit special written permission, no unit or individual may illegally copy, reprint, quote, link, scrape, or otherwise use the information content of The Product in whole or in part in any way; otherwise, Vul.AI has the right to pursue legal liability. All rights to The Product and any software contained therein (including but not limited to any images, photos, animations, videos, audio recordings, music, text, and add-on programs, accompanying help materials contained in the product) belong to Vul.AI or the copyright owners of the corresponding external software. Without the permission of Vul.AI or the copyright owners of the external software, the User shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble The Product or external software.

8.6 The data information published on The Product (such as trademarks, service marks, domain names, text, charts, logos, button icons, images, sound file fragments, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) is the property of Vul.AI or its content providers and is protected by the copyright laws of Mainland China, the Hong Kong region, and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on The Product is the exclusive property of Vul.AI and is protected by the copyright laws of Mainland China, the Hong Kong region, and international copyright laws. All software on The Product is the property of Vul.AI or its affiliates or software suppliers and is protected by the copyright laws of Mainland China, the Hong Kong region, and international copyright laws.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability and No Warranty

9.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, The Product and all information, content, materials, products (including software), and services contained therein or otherwise provided to you through The Product are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The User knows and agrees that the services of The Product are subject to the functions and content actually displayed and provided by Vul.AI. Vul.AI has the right to unilaterally update, adjust, suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of the functions or service content of The Product at any time without any prior notice. The User has no right to claim that Vul.AI is in breach of contract and has no right to demand a refund from Vul.AI. The User knows and agrees that Vul.AI needs to overhaul or maintain The Product or related equipment regularly or irregularly. If such circumstances cause an interruption of The Product within a reasonable time, Vul.AI need not bear any responsibility for this, but Vul.AI should provide prior notification as much as possible.

9.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, Vul.AI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of The Product and the information, content, materials, products (including software), or services contained on this website .

9.3 Vul.AI does not warrant that all information, content, materials, products (including software), and services contained in or otherwise provided to Users through The Product, its servers, or emails and messages sent from The Product are free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.4 If The Product system crashes or fails to use all or part of its functions normally, or relevant information or records are lost due to reasons such as communication line failures of third parties like telecommunication departments, technical problems, network or computer failures, system instability, and other various force majeure or other reasons beyond The Product's control. "Force Majeure" refers to situations beyond Vul.AI's reasonable control, such as acts of God, government actions, floods, fires, earthquakes, natural disasters, acts of war, riots, military or national emergencies, government restrictions, strikes or other labor problems, power interference, insufficient power supply, and Internet service provider failures or delays. Vul.AI does not assume liability but will make reasonable efforts to assist in handling the aftermath.

9.5 In order to improve service quality, The Product may suspend services to adjust or upgrade the system. The Product shall announce the suspension time on the website in advance. In any case, The Product or Vul.AI need not bear liability for breach of contract for suspending services.

9.6 The Product may contain links to other websites. The Product has a cooperative relationship with linked websites but cannot control these websites and the resources they provide. Therefore, The Product is not responsible for the authenticity and validity of the content, advertisements, services, and product information on linked websites, and bears no legal liability for losses caused by the inaccuracy of content, advertisements, services, and product information on linked websites.

9.7 The Product involves Internet services and may be affected by unstable factors in various links. Therefore, The Product carries the risk of service interruption or failure to meet User requirements due to force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, User location, User shutdown, and any other technical, Internet, or communication line reasons. The User knows and agrees to bear such risks. Vul.AI bears no responsibility for the User's inability to send, receive, and read information, or sending/receiving wrong information resulting therefrom.

9.8 During the use of The Product, there are risks of malicious, threatening, or defamatory reports or verbal attacks from any third party, or claims requiring cessation of use of The Product or compensation for losses due to alleged infringement of rights. The User knows and agrees to bear such risks from third-party claims. Vul.AI makes no warranties of any kind regarding The Product, whether express or implied, including all implied warranties and conditions regarding information authenticity, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, ownership, and non-infringement, and bears no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages arising from the User's use of The Product resulting therefrom.

9.9 In no event shall Vul.AI be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or penal damages, including loss of profits suffered by the User due to the use of The Product services (even if Vul.AI has been advised of the possibility of such losses).

Article 10: Scope of Agreement, Updates, and User Attention Obligations

10.1 The terms listed in this Agreement cannot completely list and cover all rights and obligations between the User and The Product or Vul.AI, and existing agreements cannot guarantee full compliance with future development needs. Therefore, legal declarations, privacy protection policies, specific service operation rules, notices, consent letters, and other various legal documents currently existing or to be publicized by The Product in the future are all supplementary agreements to this Agreement, inseparable from this Agreement, and having equal legal effect. If the User uses The Product services, it is deemed that the User agrees to the aforementioned supplementary agreements.

10.2 According to changes in national laws and regulations and website operation needs, Vul.AI has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement from time to time. Once the modified agreement is announced on The Product, it takes effect and replaces the original agreement, with retroactive effect from the beginning. The User may log in to view the latest agreement at any time; the User is obliged to pay attention to and read the latest version of the agreement and website announcements from time to time. If the User does not agree to the updated agreement, they can and should immediately stop using the services of The Product; if the User continues to use the services provided by The Product, it is deemed that they agree to the updated agreement. Vul.AI recommends that Users read this Agreement and The Product's announcements before using The Product. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed abolished, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

10.3 The User agrees that in the following situations, The Product has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of part or all services to the User or cancel the User's account without prior notice, and need not bear any liability to the User or any third party for this:

a). The User engages in illegal behavior or violates this Agreement and/or rules during the use of The Product services.

b). The personal identity information provided by the User is false, untrue, incomplete, or expired and invalid.

c). The User registers in the name of others, or resells or subleases the products and services provided by The Product.

d). Using another person's bank account for payment without valid permission.

e). It is confirmed that the User is a terrorist published by government departments or listed on other blacklists.

f). Existence of other violations of honesty and credibility or fraudulent behavior.

g). When this Agreement is changed, the User expressly notifies The Product that they are unwilling to accept the new service agreement.

h). If the User has not logged into The Product for three consecutive years, the registration qualification may be cancelled.

i). Other circumstances stipulated in this Agreement and other situations where The Product believes that services should be terminated or the account cancelled.

10.4 In the event of a violation of this Agreement, illegal or improper use of the User account, or illegal or improper use of the platform or Vul.AI's intellectual property rights, Vul.AI will terminate the tenant account at its sole discretion. If the User has multiple accounts, Vul.AI may terminate all of their accounts. If Vul.AI terminates the User's account, the User may not participate in or use the platform again without Vul.AI's express consent.

10.5 After the User's service is suspended, terminated, or the account is cancelled, The Product still has the right to continue to preserve all transaction information of the User before the account was cancelled. After The Product suspends or terminates providing services to the User or cancels the account, for the products and services of The Product accepted or purchased by the User before the service suspension or termination, The Product will still perform according to the specific agreement or contract corresponding to the product or service.

Article 11: Legal Jurisdiction and Application

The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the valid laws applicable in Mainland China and the Hong Kong region (excluding conflict of law rules). If this Agreement conflicts with applicable laws, these terms will be reinterpreted completely in accordance with legal provisions, while other valid terms remain effective. If any dispute arises between the contracting parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its execution, the parties shall try their best to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the courts of Mainland China or the Hong Kong region for arbitration. The place of arbitration is in Mainland China and the Hong Kong region. The arbitration applies ordinary procedures. The arbitration result has final legal effect on both parties.

Article 12: Others

Vul.AI respects the legal rights of Users. This Agreement and various rules, declarations, and other content published on this website are all for providing better and more convenient services to Users and consumers. Users and all sectors of society are welcome to offer opinions and suggestions. Vul.AI will humbly accept them and modify this Agreement and various rules on The Product in due course.
